Items are pre-owned/estate and sold as described; minor wear may be present. Prices are in CAD; obvious listing errors may be corrected with a refund before fulfillment. Payment is taken at checkout for online orders (or at pickup for in-person sales). Orders are offers and are accepted when we confirm or ship. All sales are final (see “Returns” exceptions required by law). Title and risk pass when the carrier accepts the parcel. We do not claim ownership of third-party images, trademarks, or logos shown for identification; those are the property of their respective owners. Site text unique to us is our IP. Governing law: Ontario, Canada; venue: courts of Ontario. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the item.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final—no refunds or exchanges. If an item arrives incorrect, not as described, or damaged in transit, contact contact@greatertorontogold.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos; remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion as required by law.
Shipping & Dispatch
Orders ship within 5–7 business days of payment from Toronto using tracked services. Parcel insurance is not included by default; additional coverage is available on request. International orders ship DDU (recipient pays local duties/VAT). Buyer is responsible for accurate addressing; refused/undeliverable parcels may incur reship fees. Risk of loss transfers when the carrier accepts the parcel unless additional insurance is purchased.
Privacy
We collect order and contact information to process purchases, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
